Membership Application Procedure:

The members of this association are divided into the following four categories:

1.Basic Members: Taiwanese citizens who are physicians, nurses, dietitians, social workers, diabetes educators, rehabilitation therapists, and other relevant healthcare personnel engaged in wound care, may apply to become members of this association upon approval by the Board of Directors.

2.Sponsor Members: Individuals or organizations that provide actual sponsorship to the association may be approved as sponsor members by the Board of Directors. (Sponsor members do not have the right to vote, participate in elections, be elected, and be recalled. Sponsor members have the same rights and obligations as basic members but are exempt from paying annual dues.)

3.Honorary Members: Any individual or group that has made special contributions to the academic field of wound care or to this association may be appointed as an honorary member by the Board of Directors. (Honorary members do not have the right to vote, participate in elections, be elected, and be recalled. Honorary members have the same rights and obligations as basic members but are exempt from paying annual dues.

4. Non-Republic of China Medical Professional Members: Any individual over the age of twenty who agrees with the objectives of this association and does not possess qualifications as a medical professional recognized by the Republic of China may fill out a membership application, be approved by the Board of Directors, and become a non-Republic of China medical professional member after paying the membership fee. They do not have the right to vote, participate in elections, be elected, and be recalled, but have the same rights and obligations as basic members.
